Who is responsible for your data
Project Crisis Lab, run by Linda Leow, Founder. Questions about your data go to info@projectcrisislab.training.
What we collect, and why
- When you email us or send an enquiry from the Consulting or Training page: your name, email address, and anything you choose to include, such as your organisation, role and situation. We use this only to reply to you.
- When you sign up for the free Primer or the newsletter: your email address, collected and stored by Substack so we can send you the Primer and the Project Crisis Lab newsletter. Substack’s privacy policy also applies. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
- When you buy Code Storm: Gumroad processes your payment and delivers your files. We receive your name, email address and purchase details, so we can support you with your order. We never see your card details. Gumroad’s privacy policy also applies.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools.
Like any website, our hosting provider, Netlify, may process basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Please keep confidential details out of enquiries
Do not send confidential project, contractual or security information through email or our enquiry forms. A short, non-confidential description is enough to start a conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and purchase records for as long as needed to support your order and meet our record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@projectcrisislab.training. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data-protection law.
Changes to this notice
If how we handle your information changes, for example if we add analytics, we will update this page and its date.
