Terms & refunds
Last updated 3 November 2026
1. Who we are
Project Crisis Lab is run by Linda Leow, Founder. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Project Crisis Lab, and “you” means the person buying or using our products. You can reach us at info@projectcrisislab.training.
2. What you are buying
Code Storm: The Crisis Ledger Playbook for Geopolitical Disruption is a digital PDF. It costs USD 67, paid once. Purchases made between 6 November 2026 and 5 December 2026 (15:59 GMT) also include the companion ebook From Crisis to Confidence at no additional charge.
Code Storm is sold and delivered through Gumroad. Gumroad processes your payment and gives you access to your files, and its own terms also apply to the transaction.
3. Your licence: one person’s use
Each purchase gives one person the right to use the playbook and its companion ebook for their own work. You may download them, keep copies on your own devices and print pages for your own use.
You may not share, forward, upload, resell or otherwise redistribute the files, in whole or in part. Each person who uses Code Storm needs their own copy.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. Because Code Storm is a digital product delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable. Please review the sample pages on the Code Storm page before you buy. If a file is missing, damaged or will not open, or you have any other problem with your purchase, please email info@projectcrisislab.training before requesting a refund through Gumroad or your card provider, so we can put it right first. Payment disputes are handled through Gumroad.
5. Currency of the content
The crisis context in this edition reflects public information as at 31 October 2026. Conditions change quickly. Check the current position before acting on any figure. The Laws are revisited and reissued as the operating environment changes; your purchase is for the edition you receive.
6. Guidance, not professional advice
Code Storm is a practical guide for project delivery. It is not legal, contractual, insurance, security or navigation advice, and it does not replace advice from qualified professionals about your own situation. You remain responsible for the decisions you make on your programme.
Worked scenarios and sample Crisis Ledger entries are illustrative. They show how the method works; they are not records of client engagements or measured results.
7. Ownership
Code Storm, From Crisis to Confidence, the Code Storm Primer and the content of this website are © Linda Leow · Project Crisis Lab. All rights reserved.
8. Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from decisions you make using our materials, and our total responsibility to you for any purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its date, applies to purchases made from that date.
